Second opinions and advice
While a malignant disease is being diagnosed and treated, the patient may have doubts about the measures that have been suggested. We believe that every patient has a right to a second opinion. This often helps to gain a clearer view of the situation and the associated opportunities and risks.
It's not necessary to repeat all the investigations in order to evaluate a suggested therapy. We would ask you, though, to let us have all the medical records such as doctor's reports and the results of X-rays and laboratory tests in advance so that we can study them before we talk to you.
